FM-100 Series Laminated Foam/Metal Wall Panel System

Protean's FM-100 Series similar to the 200 series is laminated in vacuum presses. Our foam panels use only pre-cured rigid insulation boards cut from bunstock. Since the polyisocyanurate foam is poured in bunstock form and allowed to fully cure before cutting into slabs and laminated this eliminates the gas blistering often common with foamed-in-place panels. This also creates the superior flatness of the laminated foam panels and means we can offer a smooth non-textured panel at no additional cost. Embossed surfaces are also available.

This system offers an excellent means of obtaining custom insulated spandrel panels. Typically fabricated at a thickness of 1", the product is also available up to a thickness of 6", offering a maximum R value of 35. Although this system is design to be installed to the structure with mechanical fasteners as a fully-caulked system it can also be designed to install into a glazing system.

In addition to offering a polyisocyanurate core we offer an EPS - Expanded Polystyrene core with similar qualities at a less expensive price.

HC-100 Series Laminated Honeycomb/Metal Wall Panel System

Our HC-100 honeycomb panels offer the same great flatness criteria as the HC-200 system and depending on the application can often be installed more economically. The skins are laminated in a vacuum press to the honeycomb ensuring extreme flatness and greater composite strength. In addition the phenomenal strength of the composite panels the product is extremely light weight.

Although this system is design to be installed to the structure with mechanical fasteners as a fully-caulked system it can also be designed to install into a glazing system.

ACM-100 Aluminum Composite Wall Panel System

Our ACM-100 Composite Panel system is an economical panel system that is designed and engineered to provide extremely flat panels. Our standards of fully engineering a panel system are reflected in our fabrication such as span evaluation, proper installation, stiffeners as required and properly spaced attachment fasteners and clips. The pan design for the ACM-100 system is a route and returned, fully caulked system that is attached to the structure through the use of returned legs or concealed clips.

Although this system is design to be installed to the structure with mechanical fasteners as a fully-caulked system it can also be designed to install into a glazing system.
