AP-1125 Aluminum Plate Wall Panel System

Our AP-1125 panel system is our most economical plate panel system. The corners are welded and ground smooth and the panels are reinforced with stiffeners as required by design loads to meet deflection criteria and eliminate "oil canning". The aluminum offers superior weatherability and can be custom painted to match or contrast with other materials on the project if required. The panel joints are ½" minimum joints sealed with backer rod and sealant compatible to the panel finish to provide a weather tight system.

Face Materials AP- 1125 Panel Systems

• .125 Aluminum Skins Standard (other thicknesses available .090 & .1875) Kynar 500 painted finish and Anodized finishes
  (This system can also be manufactured in stainless steel with minor alterations to details and manufacturing processes)

Panel Size limitations

• Maximum panel lengths Approx. 15'-10"
• Maximum panel width Approx. 58" based on 1" panel thickness (varies with panel thickness)

AP-2125 Aluminum Plate Wall Panel System

AP-2125 Panel System offers all the advantages of the AP-1125 aluminum plate system and more. The corners are welded and ground smooth and the panels are reinforced with stiffeners as required by design loads to meet deflection criteria and eliminate "oil canning". The aluminum offers superior weatherability and can be custom painted to match or contrast with other materials on the project if required. The panel joints are ½" minimum joints sealed with backer rod and sealant compatible to the panel finish to provide a weather tight system. This system is designed to be free-floating through the use of stainless steel alignment pins and panel attachment through the slotted side joint extended leg.
