Honeycomb Metal Panels (HMP)

The HC-2000RS Series is an AAMA 508-Certified true rainscreen system best used when a project requires long, smooth expanses and dead flat surfaces. Configured as a pressure equalized rainscreen, HC-2000RS panels do not require sealants or exposed fasteners. These HMPs are constructed with non-combustible materials for NFPA-285 applications. Aluminum skins, core and liner make them infinitely recyclable.

Installation

Utilizing standard installation details, HC-2000RS series panels are sequentially installed to the structure with mechanical fasteners with an easy tongue and grove alignment. We recommend use of hat girts and self-tapping screws; however, our panels can be fastened to flat strap furring or direct to 5/8” or heavier plywood.
